- Hatch rate reality: Hatch outcomes depend on incubation methods and handling after arrival; I cannot guarantee hatch. Farm hatch rate has been 96–98%, but results can vary
- External factors: We have no fault clause for damage or loss during transit (e.g., dropped, x-rayed, or smashed) or for hatch outcomes influenced by shipping and incubation methods. All orders are insured and instructions are provided.
